Our Oils

Our extra virgin olive oils are milled, blended, and bottled on-site at Figone's Olive Oil Co. During late Fall through Winter, you're invited to watch the entire milling process while sampling Figone's olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars at our tasting bar. Our elegant bottles and handsome olive wood products make the perfect gift or memento from your visit to the Sonoma Valley.

Figone's limited-release oils include: "La Visione" a single varietal produced by a single tree - Egildo's original Frantoio sapling; "Freerun" a pure, unpressed oil extracted by weight alone as mats of paste are stacked one on top of another; and Egildo's Blend" a savory oil made with olives from five Mission and Manzanillo trees planted by Egildo in 1933.

Figone's Olive Oil Co. also bottles a "Mission Manzanillo" blend with a rich golden grassy flavor with a buttery finish and a "Tuscan Blend" with smooth finish with after tones of pepper.
