- 4 roma tomatoes – sliced
- 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese – sliced
- fresh basil leaves
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
Using a large platter alternate tomato slices, mozzarella cheese slices and fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Season with salt and pepper.
Use Figone’s Tuscan Blend or Mission Manzanillo olive oil and Figone’s Traditional Balsamic.
